Agile collaboration & self-organisation

Are you interested in agile collaboration and self-organisation and would you like to check the degree to which the key requirements for successful introduction of these forms of collaboration have been met? Or are you already working in an agile/self-organised world and do you want to find out the extent to which the mindset required is being embodied? You can now get the answers to precisely these questions.

Structure of the CheckPoint

After you (or your team) have registered, you will receive a link via e-mail for the two-stage survey. In about 10 minutes you will be able to use the first 10 questions to check whether or not the key requirements for transformation have been met (basic analysis). After another 20 minutes (and around 30 questions), you will find out in more detail where there is a need for development or where the framework conditions are already advantageous (in-depth analysis). The basic principle is valid here: The more self-organised skills and agile thinking already exists in the team, the easier the introduction or further reinforcement will be.

Recommendations as the basis for reflection and dialogue

After completing each set of questions, you will receive feedback on your current situation and recommendations for further development (recommendations/in-depth recommendations). You can use these for yourself or discuss them in a team. The important thing here is: Agility and self-organisation are simply one option among many to make the best possible use of professional expertise and motivation in a team. For this reason, it is worth repeatedly asking yourself the following theoretical questions: “Why do I / we want to modify the collaboration or the organisational structure?” and “Is agility/self-organisation really the answer to this?” or “What other alternatives are there?”

And now let's get started…
